Student Activism and the Vietnam War

Between 1965-1972, students at Northeastern University organized and participated in protests, strikes, and campaigns rooted in the national peace movement against the Vietnam War. Activity spanned from Huntington Avenue to Washington D.C., with the movement gaining support and momentum throughout the 1960s. This exhibit provides an overview of Northeastern’s relationship with the anti-War movement, with a focus on student activism both on and off campus.
