Caption: "N.U. students working under the N.Y.A. Program in 1938 help in the construction of Richards Hall." The National Youth Administration operated from 1935 to 1943 as part of the WPA of the New Deal. It provided part-time employment to more than two million high school and college students. 4 x 5 inch negative located in same folder.
